Trada Opportunity
Trada, a U.S. based company, has created the world’s first and only crowdsourced online advertising services marketplace. Trada will be in Palestine conducting Trada specific training on January 28th and 29th at An Najah University and video casting the training into Gaza.
What does this mean for Palestine? In the Trada marketplace, a large community of certified online ad experts works together on advertisers’ PPC and Facebook campaigns. This crowdsourced approach makes paid search and Facebook Advertising accessible to SMBs, enterprise companies and channel partners by saving time and providing expertise. Plus, the collective wisdom of a crowd of experts brings results a small team or single person could never achieve: scalability, diversity of thinking and attention to detail.
Trada also provides jobs for search marketing and graphic design professionals – Optimizers and Creatives who work in the Trada Marketplace are paid fairly for their work, and they can work from anywhere, anytime: as much as they want.
Who is this going to appeal too? While Trada is certainly employing technology, the opportunity to join the Trada community does not require advanced technological or programming skills. Trada is interested in working with individuals who are self-motivated and generally speaking someone who can look at data and make informed decisions as well as write creative ad/copy images. Anyone with these traits will thrive working with Trada, and have a unique opportunity to work with a leading technology firm in the United States and earn a competitive, global wage.
The Trada ad network works on top of Google AdWords and now on Facebook. Prior to the Trada training in Palestine everyone who attends the training must be either AdWords certified or currently working on their AdWords Certification on Google.com. On the Facebook platform, optimizers must choose between being a creative optimizer (creating graphics to accompany ad copy) or a Facebook optimizer. Creative optimizers tend to make less money because they only make a portion of the Facebook optimizer earnings if the ad is clicked. However, this is still a great opportunity for graphic design professional to put their skills to work in a global marketplace.
The Trada website should be your first stop in terms of what you need to do to become a Trada optimizer. The Join the Crowd tab has a wealth of information on what everyone should accomplish before Trada is on the ground. You should view the Trada training given by Nada Alami, the Trada Crowd Manager, as the icing on the cake to gain your Trada certification and not your first exposure to the certification requirements.
The following links will also guide you through the self-paced learning modules:
Nada has also recommended two books as additional learning resources, Ultimate Guide to Google Ad Words and Pay per Click Search Engine Marketing for Dummies.
