Stages of incubation:
•To establish a contact between the project owner and the Incubation administration through a personal interview with the Director of the Incubator.
•To submit a written application to the Incubator which includes the elements of the project, its financial needs and the obstacles that it might encounter.
•To submit a proposal of the project to the Administration Committee of the Incubator within 30 minutes after the submission of the written form. The Committee then studies the first contact form and discusses the work plan included in the proposal. It also studies the economical feasibility of the project, whether it is applicable or not, the chances of its success as well as its expected contribution to the national economy.
•The project is then evaluated by the Committee and upon approval the project owner submits another written form to the Director of the Incubator which indicates that the owner has joined the Incubator and started receiving its services.
•The Committee studies the application form of the project owner and the number of scores he gained and on this basis, the Incubator Administration decides whether the project is be accepted or rejected.
•Upon approval, the project owner finishes the remaining administrative procedures with the Incubator's administration which include signing the contracts.
